You can expect to work on

• Building our backend infrastructure, including APIs, microservices, rules & computation engine, and data collection.
• Designing, building, and connecting complex data pipelines for our data collection
• Building and maintaining web scraping pipelines from a variety of sources and developing our natural language processing pipelines, while also constructing auto scrapers using AI models
• Designing system architectures, evaluating tools, and open source projects to use within our architecture.
• Influencing our tech stack. We currently build in ReactJS, NestJS, and Python.

You should join us if

• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer focusing on the backend side, specifically with Python & Node.js (TypeScript)
• Motivated to write scalable and safe code to generate great products
• Broad knowledge of modern backend frameworks, tools, and architecture
• You are fearless about learning the details and understanding every single minute detail of an underlying system or process
• Strong architecture skills - the ability to design for scale, velocity, robustness, and readability of end-to-end solutions.
• Have a passion for working with data and are eager to design and build complex data pipelines.
• Proactive team player with a desire to impact our team, our product, and our customers.
• Experience with machine learning/data science - Advantage
• Experience working with LLMs - Advantage
• Hold a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent - Advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English
